Melty Blood Chapter 49 Discussion

Er, not to be off topic, but i finished the Tsukihime anime and manga recently and picked up Melty Blood today. I read the first 2 chapters and i get the feeling that there seems to be a lot of stuff I'm missing, like Yumitsuka turning into a Vampire? When did that happen in Tsukihime? Did I fall asleep while reading Tsukihime or is that part explusive to the VN?

Still 6 more chapters eh? That kind of felt like the ending, but I'm glad there's more. Fun series.

Especifically, she dies in all 5 routes, but she turns into a vampire in three routes (Akiha, Hisui and Kohaku routes) and gets killed by Shiki. Melty Blood, according to the writer himself, is based on an unused route based on Yumizuka herself where she may or may not have died.

Lol, that fight ended in absurd way...a bitch slap? Wow. The change of mood to the beach also felt awkward.
