I don't know why people are saying it's just boring and fluff content; from the way the reviews are talking about it I would expect it to have no plot and just be him marvelling about different human things every chapter, but it's pretty good, in my opinion. There's an actual story and, if you read more than the first few chapters, each character has their own distinct personality and motivations to varying degrees. Although sometimes it seems like things wrap up too happily, with no downsides, I think it's done pretty well with that if you consider that the MC is a literal god.

Spoiler

He's the dark god Entropy, who it is later revealed is the first and strongest god. He was born naturally and, because he realized he was too strong, he created the light god to counter himself and keep the world balanced. After that, he created the four basic elemental gods: fire, water, wind and earth. So the fact that he's there makes it more than reasonable that the conclusion of conflicts ends up fine.

All in all it's not the perfect story or anything like that, but it's an enjoyable read with a satisfying ending.
