I really like these kinds of intellectual stories; it seems pretty confusing to start, but it's not impossible to follow the logic and make accurate guesses as to whats happening. I think it does a great job of hooking the reader and keeping us in suspense. It also slowly builds the relationship; it's not the main point, but these interactions keep me interested. I feel like this is definitely a book I will have to read again in order to understand everything that's going on. Not that it's a bad thing, but I feel like one read-through informs us on what's happening and a second gives us an understanding.
