The MC is a catnip. In a world of cats. For some reason most of the galaxy is inhabited by people evolved from cats and they are all obsessed with him. He is the last catnip in the universe. When the MC is asleep he sees the ML in his dreams and the ML sees him, but the MC shows up in his humanized form. The ML puts out a search for the MCs human form as his destined one not realizing that the MC is sitting on his windowsill feeling drowned from the amount he was watered that morning. It's very similar to InH, LoRaP, and TLCitU. It's very simple at times and the MC is not the smartest by any means. He is told that the emperor owns him now and he sees the emperor every day and the connection between the emperor, the ML, and the big cat, and his dreams just never seems to click for him.
