I'm still a little confused with how Manjoume is still alive. Wasn't he not plugged in when he was shot?

Finally, it gets interesting again, after quite a long time. In 20th/21st CB, there are 2 big goals:  find out Friend's true identity and stop Friend's crimes. After Fukubei's death in 20th CB(around chapter 150). I feel like it's not as interesting as before, so glad that the concept was used again, even for just 2 volumes, I'm satisfied.

So all it takes to destroy the world is some stupid childish delusions? Not concrete enough for me.

That said, just how many creeps were there in Kenji's school?
