Pluto Chapter 65 Discussion

I enjoyed it, not bad at all. I'm going to be honest though the only character I liked was Gesicht so I didn't like any parts of the story that didn't involve him too much. Still an 8/10 from me. I think the ending was honestly kind of really bad.



I still enjoyed most of it and the general ride though. I think Monster is a lot better, but this series is nowhere near as terrible as 20thCB.

Dr.Abra is controlled by teddy? . If so, in what chapter it is revealed?.

The same line of thought I've rated all of his works as 10.

Only things I dont like is that we dont know how Brau knew so much and how he got to Roosvelt at the end. Still a 9/10 manga for me

woah, cliffhanger ending is crazy, that last panel looked great though.

despite being only 65 chapters, it kinda felt dragged at times, not urasawa's best work but i liked the themes.

"hatred gives birth to nothing" chad gesicht.

some loopholes here and there (or maybe i just didn't get it) but it seems other people also noticed, the anime should be coming out soon this year so maybe that'll elevate on the source material.



all in all, another good read from urasawa, solid 8/10 for me. now we wait to see whether the anime is better or worse.

Some people really bitching about the open ending and world building loose threads when they haven't even read Astro Boy in the first place... Great Manga anyway , I think it compares to Monster & 20thCB , the plot wasn't as strong but he was limited due to the fact that isn't really a standalone manga so I'm taking this into account. The feels were definitely more present with 65 chapters than with the ~200 chapters of Monster & 20CB.

10/10 I'll definitely read Astro Boy in the future :)

Wow, a little bit of badass from robot Hannibal.  Good end to a spectacular story.  Gets the Urasawa 10.  Now if only someone would scan more Billy Bat.

20th century boys,Monster and now Pluto!Urasawa is not a perfect Mangaka, cause there is not one!He is one of the best though!Amazing storylines to all of his works!I don't like robot-concept stories but I enjoyed every page of this one!
