I was searching for this! I read this years ago and really wanted to revisit, but forgot the title..Sadly dropping it (again) despite the great translation as Harem, turns out, really wasn't for me. Learning from my past mistakes and now writing a review, so I can tell my future self as to why I dropped another novel.I am still crying over Charles x Tang Feng, like I STILL wish they were the standalone couple. Love me some gongs that turn into a puppy for the shou but can be intimidating to outsiders. LTC is a big red flag with how he justifies himself not saving the OG Tang Feng.I really love MC's personality, his inner dialogue and just his 'old-soul' way of carrying himself. It's nice, makes interactions with the MLs exciting and interesting. But he is however, very much a gary stu. Did irk me a bit though I loved his character too much to care.
