As other reviewers have already said, the novel is good slice of life. Unlike other genderbender novels, it actually goes into the gender dysphoria aspect quite well, without going full on depression and trauma mode. MC isn't a very sensitive guy, so she just acts dazed for most of it.

Personally I really enjoyed the LOL aspect even without playing the game. Or games, really. I glossed over most of the terms and just focused on the 'feel' of how the game goes, the energetic atmosphere, and excitement, instead of specific skills, builds, and play. It was really fun.

On the other side, it was also not as healing as I thought it would. I quit in the middle of reading it cuz my soul pained too much at the thought of the MC losing their intelligence. As a Korean girl who's aiming for the same school, it hurts. It really, really hurts. I would rather wake up as the ugliest man alive than lose my cognitive abilities like she did.

I hope she will find a way to power through the pain and regain her cognitive abilities, or at least she'll understand how debilitating it is for her. Currently she doesn't really seem to care, and I'm not getting any hints to any improvement on her condition. It's frustrating.

Still a really fun novel that I enjoyed a lot. Might pick it up again after I lose my student status and no longer have study trauma.
