I don't know how this novel has a rating this high. The story is boring and made me roll my eyes so many times that my head started to hurt. I understand that not all novels need to be groundbreaking and have an amazing plot, because sometimes everyone wants to read something easy, not heavy and enjoyable. And yes, this novel wasn't heavy, and it was easy to read, but it for sure wasn't enjoyable.At the very least, these types of novels (the easy type) should AT LEAST have interesting characters or an interesting (but not heavy) plot. But no. Characters were so boring, I was forcing myself to finish each chapter. Archs were also so boring and full of s*upid clichés/decisions. On top of that, the story (overall) and romance were also boring af and made me want to crawl on the wall. This "undying love" story felt shallow, and I couldn't give less of a f*ck about it.In the end, I just dropped it because reading it was torture and waste of time.
