I didn't have high expectations when I started reading this, I was just interested in the fact that the gong was Michele (blond one) haha, but it really blew through all my expectations.

I'll try to keep this review generally low on spoilers, but my favourite character is the su and I'm 100% biased lol. This story may seem to focus more on the romance and marriage (and sh*t ton of smut) part at first, but I think that what shone the most in this novel was the way the author played with the themes of revenge and morality. The characters don't fall flat or feel 2d, and you can see them grow throughout the story and their personal reasons for what they did. It makes you wonder about the rights and wrongs of a situation, and how things are not always black and white.

The author does not hold back when it comes to problematic content. This novel is not for everyone, and I advise clicking off if you want a sweet and fluffy romance.

The gong is a total green flag. He's a bit dumb and naïve, but he's very kind and loving and develops throughout the story. I like that he can stay positive despite everything and keep his bright personality! On the other hand, the su is as big of a red flag as gong is a green flag. His story and character are complicated, and he might not be the most likeable character to everyone, but I love him to bits. Gong's green flags cancels out su's red flags lol
