Typical actor novel I would say, the MC is a mary sue with a touch of "MC found out he's a cannon fodder in a novel" stuff. He's not s*upid like some reviews said, he's just not as ambitious as other reborn MC I would say. He rather retreats than face the supposedly og protagonist head on. But he still held hopes for acting because it has always been his dream, he couldn't let go, he still took jobs but treated it as if it would be his last because he still wanted to quit. He just doesn't want to end up like in the original story. I think he's kinda relatable in that aspect. He's not the type that would actively seek revenge and face slap, very chill.ML is also not overly overbearing, he doesn't push MC beyond his comfortable zone. He never forces him to do anything. Actually giving him life advices. I like this type of mature ML who knows boundaries. The plot twist about MC's "rebirth" tho!!!! It was funny and interesting. First time I read something like that in this type of novel. The mystery surrounding his kidnapping when he was a child is also interesting enough to make me curious and I want to keep reading to know the truth. All in all, a unique and interesting story for me.
