I have read almost all novel from this author and for me, deng hua xiao is the best.I like the fact that there is no rebirth or transmigration in this novel. The female lead is smart and strong due to her own experience not because of rebirth which is more realistic and fresh. I love her determination in revenging her family without depending on the male lead. She is optimistic and always put revenge first and not easily swayed by romantic feeling..I cried bucket when her family is mentioned, and when she reminiscing about her struggle at the mountain peak. For me this is one of the best revenge story. So don't hesitate to read this!
