There is still Lou (with all the trouble Alita gotten through in order to recover it it is surprising that she seems to have forgotten about it for now), Frau X and the whole mess on Mars that probably will need to be resolved, Super Nova and Raven Tsai (with how insane Nova is he is sure to revive this a**hole with some new upgraded body), possibly a completely new artigficial race sitting on Mercury (unless Anomally was put into ZOT randomly without any relation to the plot as a whole) and some other minor things like Sechs wanting to fight with Alita again...

The way I see it as long as Kishiro-sensei is okay and the series is selling the story will not end anytime soon.
