when does li qiye use his 13 palaces in the 10th world .. sofar he has been using only one scripture to fight or used other people to do his bidding.

But it gets boring i want to see people run in fear when they see his fate palaces and heaven wills. 

Well he is going to use them in the land of exploration (this arc ) but none will see them and actually he is not going to use his cultivation of nine worlds anymore. In the tenth world he is going to use mostly his 12 immortal physique incarnation/weapon
