It's really is great. The way Kishiro develops world lore and backstory is incredibly impressive. The fact that this arc is a flashback is kind of mind boggling

I thought maybe this would last one or two chapters but Vilma's flashback is basically its own arc and I am here for it. No one will top Alita as my favorite character in the series but Vilma is for sure my second favorite!
