Shakugan no Shana Chapter 47 Discussion

So that scene with Shana and Yuji looking at the sunrise by the river had Yoshida in the background in the anime; she isn't there in this ch, what does it imply?  I wonder...

Chigusa won that by a milee lol.

I love this manga, it follows the novels so much closer than the anime ever did. It really shows how Yuji slowly falls for Shana much like Shana falls for Yuji.
