The concept is interesting. However, the author spent 20 chapters trying to praise the Chinese Party and Huawei (the Chinese cellphone company who had their cellphone banned by the US for spying).Did Huawei pay this guy to write the novel? Or maybe the Party needed more disinformation for its culture war against the US?So basically every chapter has something snarky about the US and how shitty our society is. Gun fighting every day, crime ridden streets, you name it.If you can filter/ignore all that Nationalistic drivel, there is an interesting wish fulfillment story. However, the author is getting on my nerves so I may as well drop this.
