Simply put, it doesn't exceed the expectations set by the title, but also doesn't fall short.

He saved those girls, he kept quiet about it because he's embarrassed about having played hero and didn't want them to worry about him or feel indebted (bit of a stretch, but somewhat plausible), and they all find out within a relatively short time and become interested in him.

He's quite dense and at least initially denies their advances, claiming that their feelings will fade, but it doesn't seem like that would drag on forever.

The chapters that have been released so far basically cover this exposition, and I imagine that the rest of the story will be about gradually advancing their relationships, flirting around, and maybe do some other stuff on the side.

Overall, it has its cute moments, but is not a masterpiece of writing and depth, not that that would be common for harem romcoms.
