Yes, it's the same premise as Love Hina. The main character and girls have similar personalities as well; which makes it a decent slice of life. Not my cup of tea because there's very little plot, but if you like tat sort of thing it's well enough written to be fun. Overall I found it didn't stand out though- decent, but nothing exceptional in any of its characteristics.
