The novel is quite an enjoyable read. The MC was resourceful and practical. I deducted one star on the rating because of how the MC and her family kept on insisting to get their other cheek slapped by their relatives' ungratefulness and greed eventhough it was absolutely unnessary. It was as if the author was trying to keep the tension going but only achieved getting me irritated.
