this novel had some ups and downs for me. Some parts I got a little excited about - I liked the "unique skill" system, and weapons, especially when combined with the interesting, RIM-esque main female characters (Mev excluded ugh). Everything else is seriously a heap of garbage. No mature themes present in the story whatsoever. It's a fun world when first reading it, but when you actually put any critical thought into it all, it all falls apart and you realize it's just tr*sh that doesn't really make much sense. The MC hardly feels like a regressor and is not an interesting MC at all. Which is fine if the other aspects of the novel are good - but of course they aren't. The interactions with 95% of the characters are at the level of average JP-isekai. Especially considering it's from the author of RIM, it's a really unintelligent plot honestly. Very little humor, I don't think I laughed a single time : (. I think the only part of this that comes close to RIM is with a saint girl who is like hayan and has a skill of exploding followers of the MC's religion (it's a fun idea but the execution is lackluster too unfortunately. Seriously it's not worth reading for this). The interactions with the characters are especially cringe whenever it's with the goblins, the romance with one of the goblin females is disgusting even when compared to the usual disgusting romance cringe in anime/novels, with how s*upid she is. Of course this is just one example, but there are so many different relationships that just feel so s*upid, like these characters are genuinely ret*rded or something and not even in a funny way. The translation takes a dip somewhere after ch100. I read some spoilers and a lot of the things that I thought the story seemed to have potential with weren't really executed it seems. Overall disappointing and wouldn't recommend. Nothing particularly amazing. If you did end up reading this, maybe it will raise some expectations, but it will definitely never deliver on them.
