It's just not interesting. The characters have no chemistry. The MC doesn't do anything except be sick, get injured, and whine. The ML is a villain. Just because he has a tragic backstory doesn't justify him rampaging around and killing people all the time. And the MC should be way more upset when he does kill people around her (and often because of her). But she isn't, because she has the personality of a limp noodle.Don't bother, this story is not worth your time.
