he has physically hurt her so many times it's not even funny. (Also I'm not going to go in detail about the beginning) Even when I'm far enough into the novel where they've confirmed their love for each other he keeps hurting her over the smallest things. In the later chapters the ML wants to put clothes on the FMC for her and she says no. The normal reaction would be to understand and move on but instead he basically implies she doesn't love him and runs away while she chases him while having super bad period cramps. MIND YOU HE IS THE STRONGEST PERSON IN THEIR WORLD AND THEY ARE CONNECTED SO HE CAN FEEL HER PAIN!!! He cannot physically leave her side so Idek why she's chasing him but HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. He runs into his former love attempts to kills her then the FL while in so much pain she's on the verge of passing out finally gets him to stop because OGFL was teaming up with the OGML and he would have died with them. This whole thing ends with the FL apologizing for saying no and str!pping for him🤦🏾♀️ The FL isn't a perfect though she watched him kill ENTIRE CITIES if she really put her foot down she honestly could've got him to stop even if he wasn't convinced but she prioritizes hurting the MLS feelings over innocent people. It was not just cultivators dying!
[collapse] This was a hard read, the FL has a lot of issues and is desperate to feel love and I honestly would not recommend unless you like reading about abusiv3 relationships I rated this 2/5 the only thing that prevented me from rating 1/5 because of the character's complexity most of them were just 1d cliches thoPSA TO ANYONE IN A SITUATION SIMILAR HERS THAT PERSON DOES NOT LOVE YOU, YOU DON'T DO THAT TO SOMEONE YOU LOVE. YOU DESERVE SO MUCH MORE AND YOUR WORTH LOVE NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED AND MANIPULATED LIKE THAT
