Pretty good story. Good characterization, good progress, and good premise. The only thing holding it back is the massive spoilers the author give in the form of historical records from the future about the life of the MC. Worth the read, but skip that nonsense if you don't want the story ruined, it completely removes all tension from the story when you are explicitly told by the author how the story ends and how the world develops in the following centuries. I can't understand why the author sabotages their own story like that.
