TL;DR: The story is basically a mediocre Robin Hood with superpowers.

The protagonist steals from rich people that have wronged the general populace in some way and gives compensation to those affected. The heroine is a justice obsessed nut job that needs the protagonist to stop seeing the world in black and white. Pretty much ALL the characters are one-dimensional. Either good guys, or laughingly s*upid bad guys that SOMEHOW always get away with it.

The plot and the writing are, well, mediocre. Every single one of the MC's targets is given a whole wiki page of what they did, how terrible it is and how our righteous protagonist will make it right.

The author also seems to have the memory of a goldfish. Spoiler

An EMP is used to fry all the electronics at an event before he steps in but in the VERY NEXT chapter MC says the attack was broadcasted live on multiple channels so the government can't hide what happened. Those are some impressive cameras they have there! And the evil and very corrupt government... Still distracts the public? With romance rumors?! Come on!
