This one is weird. There's Shan Yi, someone boring and honestly it feels like the author wanted to write her as a male protagonist but then changed their mind but could only come up with some ridiculous explanation as to why a woman could get another woman pregnant...Spoiler
she's an alien? And once Shen Tiantian finds out she just accepts it like nothing
[collapse]And Shan Yi kinda sucks as a partner. She's a bit controlling and she lies a lot. It doesn't help that Shen Tiantian can't make up her mind about anything, bouncing between being emotional and hating something and then thinking it's best for her later.There's love "rivals" (yes, plural) that appear later but there would literally be zero tension if Shan Yi wasn't as boring as she is.Any drama that occurs is really only related to Shen Tiantian and her...Spoilerbeing scared about losing the baby for s*upid reasons a few times
