I really didn't care much for the story or the characters. This novel not having any weird age gap issues typically found in regression stories still squanders the romance potential by having an incredibly dense MC.The overarching plot and mystery has interesting components, but its mainly overshadowed by the romance.The fights are genuinely amazing though and carried the whole thing for me. So well choreographed and adrenaline pumping. There's a lot of human vs human combat here and its not mainly human vs monster.Even characters I usually wouldn't care for become cool once they show competent fighting skills. Really, I wish the novel focused more on the fights and had more proactive antagonists, than focusing on the lackluster romance and SOL. I dropped the novel, cause we were at an arc that was mainly interactions and human vs monster which is not my cup of tea, but if this author makes another work more suited to my tastes, I'll definitely try it.
