This is an excellent story! Someone reviewed saying it's unrealistic that a modern woman could become a great general unless she had military training, but that's just not true. She doesn't suddenly become a martial arts master, that's not her job. She is basically a manager. Her job is to pick competent people, and occasionally give ideas for new policies based on her modern education, which her subordinates implement on her behalf. Not to mention she starts as the king of a small city-state because of how she transmigrates. She doesn't have to wrest power from nothing, she already has authority and just has to keep momentum going.Don't underestimate the value of an education. She also explicitly takes lessons on military tactics from her military advisers and generals, then uses her modern knowledge to expand on that. This is a really good novel, I want to see more like it. Kingdom building is so cool and her golden finger is a perfect fit for managing large groups of people.
