As of the date of this review, this novel is currently at the top of the monthly rankings in Faloo so the author must be doing something right. Honestly, this is a mixture of male power fantasy and female sweet pet novels with most of the good parts of the two genre mixing perfectly. It isn't groundbreaking or anything but the author is really good at what he does.My only complaint is that the central conflict of the story is solved pretty early and by the time it reaches 190 chapters, the plot starts to lose it's charm a little, at least for me.Spoiler
I believe after the point of the story where I stopped, there are going to be immortals and cultivation but I wasn't interested to fond out.
