Codename wa Sailor V Chapter 2 Discussion

Oh that's the videogame that appears later, I'm liking this it's like a game to notice the things that would stay on Sailor Moon, wonder if it'll stay with this episodic setting though.

                        Oh, so the Sailor V game that Usagi played in the Sailor Moon was originally created in order to "train" Minako. Pretty interesting, other than that there wasn't much to this chapter. Pretty humorous though.

Hehe, this chapter didn't age too well, did it? Some of the jokes in it... Probably wouldn't be as accepted with the fandom if it came out today. (Well... The Western fandom, anyway.) Not that I particularly offended by anything, mind you. It was the early 90's, after all. :P



Then again, the fact that Minako kicked Taku in the face for looking up her skirt kind of offsets anything offensive this chapter had to offer. That was freaking awesome.



Though, one thing about this chapter confused me: how the heck did Taku not notice Minako transform into a armored sentai character right in front of him?! XD How did anyone not notice, for that matter? I assume there was a blinding light like there was when she transformed into Sailor V... Still though, it was weird.

The arts going to take a bit of getting used to for me, I'm just so used to the Anime's aesthetic that's its a bit jarring.
