Halfway through, and this can be summarized as one person manipulating the other throughout and the other, bending like grass wherever the wind blows. The MC exhibits again and again how bad of a professional he is, being so emotionally attached to his patient. It is also quite baffling how nonchalant everyone is about a student pursuing a teacher/person in position of authority. I can brush over the apparent inaccuracies or somewhat strange settings about their highly exclusive apartments. But the fact that the MC is portrayed to be quite dense and clueless about many things seems to be so uncharacteristic for his profession.
