Plot: No plot... if your idea of a plot is doing everything perfectly at school, sure. He has no goal, MC just want to do everything and his doing everything perfectly. The plot is the MC...

Character development: no character development imo, MC is a Gary Stu... the Story is about how great he is at school, the author is still establishing how perfect the MC is, lol even the side characters are Gary Stu's/Mary Sues in their own way. Interaction between characters is weird, they always hype up the MC.

World building/culture:

    1. The World is the typical japanese portrayal of a Western Fantasy World.
    2. Culture: at first it has a facade of a western culture, theside characters even acknowledges the MC behavior as out of the norm like "why are you bowing?", but the MC is the Perfect Japanese, MC decided to establish a japanese Etiquette Club, everybody joins, and adapts MC's ethics, the school adapts this ethics too without cultural friction, fast forward the nation is now Japanese...
