Really, really, really disappointing railroading by the author to kick off the final arc. Just, the most absurd nonsense and choices by multiple characters that makes it feel like the previous 300+ chapters were written by someone else entirely.I put off reading the conclusion for over a year now and started re-reading from the start a few days ago and now this and I don't know if I can bring myself to finish the series now.Edit: Once I was able to get past the arbitrariness of those happenings, it went back to its usual quality, but that was a real stain on the story. I've now read the conclusion and am in the after story and am happy I made it. 5 stars through to the end with the exception of chapters 315 to 318 or so which were so terrible as to drop the series an entire star and almost made me drop the series.
