Just started reading this today and it is really fun, just great! Of course I do like stories like this to begin with - so there is that. First of all, the translation is excellent, I'm not sure I ran across a single typo or mistaken pronoun. The flow is very good too and all the material is coherent and even captures a certain tone almost effortlessly. Though Im sure much effort goes into this. The MC is just a little child at chapter 15 and we are still being introduced the the world and the surrounding characters. We are given a basic character sketch of the Japanese gentlemen's soul that found itself in a baby in this new world, but nothing super deep, just that his dream isn't harem! But enjoying the country life - which I would have to agree with. He finds himself surrounded by powerful people and interesting things arranged in novel ways, and I'm really enjoying the humor that is balanced into all this. I get the feeling that this is going to diverge from a sort of understated slow-life that is hinted at - but maybe that's wrong!? - Hard to say, it's an easy and fun read, give it a shot and see what you think -
