I'm enjoying this story so far. The author has clearly taken great care to keep track of their characters, so far nobody has been forgotten when revisiting old cities, and plotlines similarly have not been dropped. It's almost like the author has a plan or something.The power cycle is actually pretty good too, 600 chapters in you'd expect that the cycle of hero meets unbeatable boss->hero trains->hero beats boss->repeat would have consumed the story/world but it hasn't. There is a consistent stream of moments where the author uses surrounding people and monsters to demonstrate that the power level of the world has not risen with the main character and I appreciate that.
