I give a 5 star and I personally think this novel deserve such a high rating. The translation is also good. The disappointing part is how it did not being translated till the end. U try to look for other options but the only appears were the MTL one, and im not really confident with the translation, so I don't think if I would ever finish this novel.
Let's go back to the story first. The one I like the most would be the character, the FL is a reincarnated person. Her character were quite refreshing, with the smart yet naive trait. I do think the author doing great with this set. Her journey was not always smooth as her nativities and ignorance bring a lot of bad luck on her last life. Being deceived, calculated, betrayed. Yet she still at some extent able to protect herself and die on honorable way in her last life though it's still getting mu*dered. This life however, while still retort and find a way to revenge, she did not set it as a main purpose, and just keep looking for a better future for her and her love one. Ofc, you can't became immediately smart after you die. She had to go through many lesson to be able see and learned many thing she unable to understand before. Her character is not strong, not perfect but just really adoring for me especially as a reader to follow in the story.
The ML is like many other ML character describes as cold and smart type. Ofc there is many other traits that you could look forward to, but well he is a likeable ML who's only focus on FL type of thing. A genius who know how to life comfortably is probably the best way to describe him, "Waga iku taipu" lol. Romance wise, is a stable one, kinda boring sometimes, no third parties or important love rivals. His characters are being there for protect the FL. There will be no up and down on their romance, it'll be more focused on political and ML family for the latter chapter.

even more after they're get married. Most of the times everything will be handled by ML and focused on ML family's and problem. This is one of kinda disappointing part, as FL though she have the most screentime but her play are kinda boring and stagnant, well it's still good but yeah....

there is one of the part that hit me at the middle too, it's related to the li family and FL grudge. At first I think it's an interesting topic to be sought and a good background for the story too, but somehow the more I read the ridiculous this villain action for me. The real reason of the li means to make the FL suffer just for a painting is really weird either at the first life or the second. They tried by any means to marry FL just for a painting that they actually could get much more easy by not pushing the Yu Family like that. Like how lin Jun get the painting make me sad on how dumb the villain set in this story actually is. On the first life too, they aim for a highest peak, for what reason did they actually want the son to marry FL? That not even a known family and have her parents dead. Isn't this will just make it useless for them in the future, while they could get much more profit for Marying a different family and get the painting with an easy way. What was so important for them to make it a big deal like that? While you can get the painting with easier way. Idk which is more sad, the fact that the villain reason is exaggerated or is that I want more big villain to stirr up more good stuff. You'll get more annoyed if meeting the peng eleven too.

⚠️ I've finally try to read the MTL version, however through the bad translation the more devastating one was the story actually hasn't even finished yet. Idk if there is a second season with different tittle or it's simply has no ending at all. I'm utterly disappointed.
