Hello o// BlueBug here

This novel is pretty standard, the translation is pretty good. The description doesn't say much about the novel, but is not misleading.

You should enter this novel if looking for generic adventure and fluff. It is about Mel who was identified with the EX rank skill appraisal. With this, he can read the experiences and intent of other people (and analyze things). He keeps getting pushed from situation to situation, and a larger plot is slowly building up in the background. Watch as he enters fights, and assembles... I guess yeah it does qualify as a harem, though going by where I currently am, only one relationship is likely going on? It is more ecchi than romantical though, if you catch what I'm trying to say. Mel seems like a typical hero fighting for his friends while also exploring things. This novel doesn't take it too seriously, aside from one scene.

The scene:Spoiler

Slyphy, the elf childhood orphan friend of Mel, didn't have memory of anything before she met MC. To remember, she willingly loses her memory of the whole timeframe she was in with the MC. The implications of that, whether you were still the same person before and after, and the existential dread that accompanies it... Were kind of glossed over. I don't think the author even considered it. Which is fine, the novel is otherwise light. It does seem weird to include it, however. Oh since you are here, what's also glossed over is kinda the death of Slyphy's parents, and how the killer then suffers from like eternal pain after thanks to a potion from a mysterious person. Like hmm I guess it's just the Japanese online novel way of doing things

[collapse]

This novel is pretty solid and shows potential. If it knew how to sell better (as in write a description that actually says what is happening inside) it would probably be more well known. You can read it comfortably without guessing too much (no noticeable typoes, grammar mistakes, weird sentence structures that are relics from the original japanese sentences, and other translation mishaps you might encounter), and you don't need to know weebglish.

This novel follows the standard pattern for someone who grows up with a skill, then decides to explore the world with said skill. It is pretty similar to... A different novel that I can't remember right now. There's also an elf with the name Sylphy inside, and some magician, and oh god why can't I find the novel anymore

Anyhow yeah this one is pretty underappreciated, just give it a go, if you don't like it in the first 5 chapters just abandon

Hi! I believe we already know too much about Anne and Zero for a separate book. Bonus chapters telling about them would be enough in my opinion. Of course you are the one who decides that. You write very well.

Well I’m completely caught up. You can believe the games that are being played. We one group playing checkers while the other is play chess. Than there’s another group playing tag while the other is playing keep away. We still don’t know who is winning
