I can't call this a trainwreck, not when the train has clearly launched itself off of its rails and flown off into space. The outline of this plot is all over the place, it barely manages to maintain a semblance of coherence through it all but most of the scenes in this novel will leave you scratching your head.But hey, you might still enjoy this novel so long as you can stomach the liberal usage of distasteful tropes such as mindbreak and mind control. In spite of the convoluted plotlines and the somewhat haphazard translation, this work still manages to be an entertaining read.Oh, and one more thing to note is that this novel is rife with despair, mental illness and oodles of stress, if you're willing to overcome all of the aforementioned points, feel free to give this book a try.
