It's been almost 2 years since I put this novel on hold, just halfway through, in order to wait for the work to be completely translated. I rated it 4.5* back then, and now that I've finished it and reread the entire work, I think 3.5* is a more accurate reflection of my experience, mainly because it didn't quite match the appeal of other novels I've rated at 4-4.5*.Nonetheless, this novel remains an enjoyable read. The main character is a shy sweetheart who, most importantly, is not effeminate but rather portrays a normal young man. Similarly, the male lead is not the overbearing president type but rather a 'cold exterior, warm-hearted inside' kind of guy. Perhaps it's because he spends most of his time with the MC, he appears more loving and gentle, despite often appearing expressionless. Their interactions are really sweet. The story itself is just so heartwarming and uplifting. The APP characters are all super adorable, lively, and cute. The supporting characters are generally likable, except for a few that left me disgusted (you know who). Plus, the plot doesn't drag on forever and is written really well. Although it mainly sold cuteness and fluffiness, its uniqueness can certainly keep you interested without getting bored.Overall, It's undoubtedly a worthwhile read. I would still recommend it, despite the slight shift in my rating and review upon my second reading.
