The se* scenes and the old butler are the only two things I like about the novel. The rest was meh.1) The body su an took over was a troubled 19 years old kid. He took drugs, had an unhealthy obsession with his adoptive father, but no one thought he needed help. In fact they were all kind of disgusted with him. The MC seems to think that the ML did enough by just taking him in and giving him money. What about the fact that he literally had no one on his side, was surrounded by people that knew he was not right but ignored him until he committed su*cide. Like if you dont actually plan on taking care of a kid dont fuc**** take him in to begin with. The ML could have given him to a family that actually wanted a kid. And you could say that the ML probably didnt know how to be a good father. That claim got squashed when the MC risked his life to save the ml, only then did the ML start treating him like family. Like wth, you're telling me that if the original su an did not volunteer to take a bullet or die for you he wouldn't be accepted, like ever. That is just messed up.2) Its true, MC did save ml, and ML did save MC. However, my problem is with how MC got in trouble and why. The first time he just had to help a drunk director to his bed. Like wth, they were at a party anyone could have did that, why did it have to be him. And mind you, he's 26 years old and has been in the acting profession for a long time, so I kinda thought he knew it was a bad idea. But maybe I thought too much, cause he didn't. The second time one of the female leads from anothe5 company apparently could have it out for him. He was warned beforehand, I'm not really sure why they knew she was going to go after him. She didnt do anything for a while until they left the country. MC was caught off guard, s*upid right, considering that then would have been her only chance to get at him. And you wanna know why? It's because she's obsessed with ml. Not one lick of sense people. She saw ML pick him up from work and thought to herself I've gotta kill that kid??. What.3) MC was a straight 26 years old man that volunteered to sleep with his adoptive father to keep him warm?? Also asked ML to come to a costume party?? Opened the door naked for ml?? Did not seem to be averse to any intimacy between them??? Even though he claimed that it was immoral for them to be in that relationship, the next second he would be over it, so it didn't really seem like he cared all that much.And that's just some of the stuff I find really nonsensical. This book is not worth the read.
