Well if you want to know it's one of the best for me you can know most major points from other reviews I will only insinuate a few points
- People are saying their is only one arrogant young master but actually their are 2 it is just the scene ends in a Chapter whereas previous one takes a few chapters of fightsSpoiler

[collapse] - Secondly the ending might not match all the loose ends but it may also be because I read mtl version.
- Third if you don't like mtl version their is only 1 site I could find with manual Translation but it was at 50 something chapter so you will need to read it as it is uploaded in fact the mtl version is not that bad just burns a few more brain cells
- Fourth The origin of MC and FL both are simple but powerful.Spoiler
MC is a void beast a being of the great void where all the universes are but the place is not as you imagine as it is too big and MC could be considered as a newborn he only found 1 universe which was just created whose strongest person (female) was the first person he contacted and her clone will be the FL and about why did he go to open a store why was FL their etc ypu should just read the novel I would just say the MC is the strongest being introduced
[collapse] - Fifth well their would some chinese dishes and themes so you might feel awkward but it won't matter much.
- Sixth Many characters with their mostly complete story so you won't feel bored easily as their would be new characters when it starts being boring
- Seventh well I cannot really think about anything else but it is a regret novel without much of action
