It's okay. It's one of those series where the whole might be larger than the sum of its parts for you. It checks off everything you'd expect in a wish fulfillment isekai. Extremely dense protag, everyone loves him Spoiler
and his power is that he can empathize with people and befriend pretty much anyone
[collapse], he has no real agency of his own and just sorta wanders around while the plot arrives at his doorstep, etc. If you have nothing better to read, you might enjoy it. I'm not sure if I'll read much more of it though. Despite all that, I guess it's like a junk food series to pass the time with. Enjoyable enough if you're in the mood, but no one's going to claim its high literature.Translation: Foxaholic's is a pretty stiff and dry translation, very literal. Feels like an ESL went through with a dictionary. Maybe some machine TL too? The TL frequently mixes up "his" and "her, " which is what Google TL would do... It's just a very awkward read sometimes, but it's readable enough.
