This is a well written but depressive novel.The MC Is a mess at many points in the story, but it's entirely understandable once you learn her circumstances. Considering her kind nature its more so heartwrenching.The story isn't an easy one either. It takes time to delve into the background of every aspect of the MC as she's not just a simple transmitigrator. People have alot of prejudice vs witches too, for good reasons. However this has also cost humanity and elves alot because not all witches seem to be inherently evil, but ended up causing alot of harm due to the maliciousness they themselves experienced merely because they where witches.The series is complex and deep. It's not a happy-go-lucky adventure or powertrip. The MC isn't OP and can't solve everything on her own. And there's plenty of depressive stuff in the story due to the world they live in.Is it worth a read?Hell yes, there's things that annoy me with this series. At the same time the writing, story, background etc etc is just well written. It's a truly engaging story to read, but expect people to be flawed and alot of sadness to occur.
