The main character in this story is absolutely unbearable. He's the type to think he's super cool for casting away his humanity. He unironically monologues about how he has become a 'True Villain' and demon lord. Basically he's a giant chuuni. It's like reading about those guys back in school who made edgy jokes and bought a katana with them to class. Also he seems to be sort of a psychopath. For a story with the tag heartwarming, the main character sure seems to commit a lot of cold blooded mu*der which could have quite easily been avoided if he put in a bit of effort. Basically he'll kill you unless you're an attractive enough girl. The localisation is a bit too much as well.The story itself is pretty average, it's just the main character that drags it down.
