It's built in a way where little details form the big picture, which I suppose for some may not be palatable or insuficient, judging by the reviews.The gender-bender situation is overlooked, yes.However, this person isn't as focused on the change because honestly, there's more pressing matters going on, it isn't the focus of the work either, this much is clear.This has action, mainly, some cute moments, and the focus is on someone strong, blessed by a god and that reaaaally f*cked up everything, not the person's gender because it makes literally no difference for MC's goals.Also, it's not like anybody is pressuring MC to act like a common woman 24/7 whatsoever, I mean, just look a how MC sits in the manga...So what we see are basically day-by-day external incoveniences and that's it. There's really no social pressure nor a need to think deeply.I like the idea of diving into the emotional side of a situation like that, but as I said before, it isn't the focus at all in this.It's like talking bad of a slice of life because it's slow/boring/lacking action or tempo/yada yada.Tags and genres are there for something people, seriously.Ok, now that my rant is over:The plot is pretty simple, but it's not boring, it's just a light read.The MC has tunnel vision, this can be annoying for some (not for me).The past left this person a lot of information, but also, just like for everyone, the environment shaped the personality and actions for the goal.Which is living freely, the actions make sense to me in such context. The fact of having annoying fanatics around isn't really something MC provoked either. It's there just by existing and to move the plot.The girl from the other kingdom, is a genius for most things, but people are forgetting that she's still a kid. Also pride and such things as worry or rage may make someone reckless. That's being immature, not necessarily s*upid, it can be fixed.Kinda same goes for the cute kid. Adults are giving literally ZERO guidance so of course things would be disastrous if MC didn't do anything about his non-existent capacity to speak up and so forth.
