There are some repetitive elements that bring this down for me to be honest... the premise is nice, but I kind of fell out of love with it.I thought it was going to be a fairly interesting nuanced theme, but it kind fell flat like they left a bag of chips out to go stale.Its there, but there's no fresh liveliness to it. It feels rout and simplistic.I wanted to really enjoy this because the premise sounds fun, but overall I thought it kind of kept repeating emotional beats, while turning slightly more dour. The thing kind of has some freshness and spunk, because it's new... that element feels like the only thing that kept me going. That's kind of run out of steam now, and it feels dull thoughtless, and relatively boring.
