Lots of cliche tropes and the plot on the latter half turned into slife of life from a drama/dog-blood genre start off.

I was kind of expecting more palace intrigues and the like, but there was none of that so it is true that it became a bit bland on the latter half.

OP tall and handsome ML, and pure, gentle, innocent *insert a bunch of good adjectives* but equally OP MC. Yeah, typical mary/gary sue setup 😂👍.

Nonetheless, I did enjoyed it as it was relaxing to read and what I lowkey needed rn.

I find the dynamic between JMS (? MC's older brother's SO) and Murphy funny. For two equally poker faced subordinates, the way they jab at each other is oddly amusing 😂.

Overall, a good story and I might reread it again someday.
