I love how aware the author was of the characters. I love how they the viewer aware of each perspective of the characters.

Like for instance, in the male leads view Karlen

Spoiler

he seemed like a victim of a very unfortunatef fate, that his lover (in the beginning) could not reciprocate his true feelings. He felt abadoned.

[collapse]

While in Sasya's pov (the mc)

Spoiler

Karlen is like a benfactor that could leave anytime after he gets bored of him. Thats why sasya kept to himself from fear of abandonment. He doesnt know why karlen loves him and fears that its not love but shallow interest, and this was all caused by his trauma.

[collapse]

In my king Julians pov (the ML and MCs brother and friend)

Spoiler

karlen looks like this pitiful man who sacrificed everything for hes uncaring lover (this misunderstanding does get resolved) I love julian due to his unrelenting friendship and support despite how annoying the 2 leads could be. He views sasya as a heartless person due to sasya being very withdrawn from trauma, and doesnt know how to cope.

[collapse]

Everyones intentions were good but their assumptions were incorrect. They all never bothered communicating properly. And saw everything at face value. Author portrayed mental illness so well, how sasya gets clingy and very dependant on karlen.

Now I must say, I do not support karlens actions as he isSpoiler

a manipulator and cant f*cking communicate to save his life

[collapse] but love how they portray his character. Irl I would be scared of karlen, cuz he knew what he was doing 75% of the time
