Horror Camgirl but actually just the camgirl being ultra favored by the exorcist cultivation gods.I saw it has 4.0+ review and was expecting a lot of chills and goosebumps. But looking at it now, a lot of those reviews with 4+ stars actually just read very few chapters. (But those first few chapters alone actually doesn't even deserve 4+ stars, I just persisted cause I saw potential from the description and I thought the author just wanted to start light then slowly go intense, very unfortunately, no) Theres not much horror at all. No goosebumps, no chills. The plot had potential, and each background story of the locations were all good. Unfortunately, the author focused more on spoiling MC and what could've been a wonderful horror story became just a cultivation story.As for the writing style, it's very straight to the point and doesn't give much details. The author may be just keeping the readers in suspense about the characters' backgrounds (and I was hooked in that suspense, particularly Tang Mingli's background) but that doesn't excuse the fact that the story itself never really had much detail either.Long story short, its a very mary sue cultivation novel that kinda part times horror on the side. Perhaps it gets better in farther chapters but this is as far as my interest lasts
