This novel is absolutely adorable. Both of the protagonists are compelling, and the characterization is pretty consistent. You also don't see a lot of the padding that other similar novels have, and the dual perspective (while in most romance novels just kinda hypes up the main protagonist) works well, almost like a genre change between romcoms targeted to boys and classic shoujo fare. Good read for lighthearted romance with a ML that isn't as bland as cardboard
